SONGSCAPE SHIPPING POLICY

Production and dispatch

Our framed and unframed art prints are produced to order through our production partners, including Gelato.

Production takes place before dispatch. Any delivery estimates shown on our website or at checkout should be read alongside the production information provided for your order.

Shipping destinations and charges

We currently offer free standard shipping to the United Kingdom and United States.

Available destinations and any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. If your destination is unavailable, please contact hello@songscape.co.uk before ordering.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the product, production location and delivery destination. Any estimates provided are estimates unless we expressly agree a delivery date with you.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you with an update. Your statutory rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.

Tracking and separate deliveries

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details after dispatch.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages or on different days.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email hello@songscape.co.uk as soon as possible. We will try to update the details, although changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has progressed.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact hello@songscape.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

Photographs of damaged items and packaging are helpful where available.

SongScape remains responsible for resolving delivery issues with the production or delivery partner. For consumer orders using delivery arranged by us, the goods remain our responsibility until you, or someone you nominate, receive them.

International charges

For international deliveries, any applicable customs duties or import taxes that we do not collect at checkout may be payable under the destination country’s rules. Free shipping refers to the delivery charge.
